What's in this template?

Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) is a goal-setting methodology that has been used by some of the world’s leading organizations in order to get results. OKRs give your team unified alignment in your vision and direction, and transparency and clarity for everyone on your team. Your team has the freedom to come up with creative solutions within a non-controlling boundary. 

After using our OKRs planning meeting agenda template, use this template to review your objectives and key results every 3-4 months. Ask clarifying questions to ensure you have a full understanding of what each team member is doing and why they are doing it. Discuss the tangible activities that are underway or planned that will improve the OKRs currently in focus. Make sure to find ways to help each other on achieving your OKRs and assign actions as they come up.
